The AMG 5 Feb 2018 IdeS (FabRICATOR®) and IgdE (FabALACTICA®) immunoglobulin-degrading endoproteases were obtained from Genovis AB (Lund, Sweden) Ipilimumab – subunit mass analysis. Control and stressed samples of ipilimumab were digested using IdeS protease (FabRICATOR, Genovis), then denatured and FabRICATOR is cloned from Streptococcus pyogenes and expressed in E. coli.
